By commissioning me, you agree
to the following Terms of Service:
Usage:
- I, staticHaunt,reserve the right to use commissioned pieces as examples of ability/portfolio purposes. The commissioned work will not be used for commercial purposes. All character copyrights belong to their respective owners.
- You may repost your commissioned work, for Personal, Non Commercial Use with proper credit (ex: Art by staticHaunt).
- NONE of my work may be used in AI technology
be it in training modules, generators, or otherwise. NONE of my work my be used in blockchain technology, be they NFTs, Crypto Currency, or otherwise.
Payment
- Payment is due in full before I start on your commission.
-At the moment, I only accept payment through Kofi.
Process
- If the commission requires it, you will be
sent WIPs at each stage of the process of me working on it (ex: sketch, lines, flats, ect.)
I will not continue on the piece until I receive approval from you.
- Your commission should be complete within 1-2 weeks (maximum) after payment, should something come up to prevent such you will be made aware
of it.
- Should something come up that makes it so I cannot complete your commission, refund will be issued.
